Our Grant Process

The Upper Dublin Education Foundation has a thorough review process to ensure we fund impactful projects:
-
A subcommittee comprised of members from UDEF board and UDSD Administration will evaluate all proposals and make award recommendations to the UDEF Board.
-
The UDEF Board will authorize all grant awards and finalize funding amounts.
-
If additional information is needed, applicants will be promptly contacted.
-
Grant proposals are reviewed three times a year—in October, January, and May
-
All applicants will be notified of award decisions within a month of the deadline.

Awardee Feedback

If your proposal is funded, we ask you to share updates about your project to help us measure its impact and inspire future initiatives.
Recipients are required to submit a Grant Status Report no later than one month after the project’s completion, and no later than June 1, 2025.
Your report should:
-
Summarize the grant and assess how successfully it met its goals.
-
Include at least two photographs or videos of your grant “in action.”
Submit your Grant Status Report electronically to egrenko@udsd.org.

Why Feedback Matters

Your input is critical to the success of the Foundation’s Grant Program. Feedback not only helps us improve but also enables your project to serve as a potential pilot program for wider implementation within the district.
The Foundation may share grant success stories in newsletters or public communications to showcase how we’re fulfilling our mission.

Please note: Failure to submit the required report or provide requested feedback may result in ineligibility for future funding.
