Andrew Lechman

Andy Lechman began his professional career as an elementary school teacher. While he was passionate about public education, a career as a classroom teacher was not the right fit for him. He transitioned into a career in the financial services industry and during that time he earned his MBA, but something was still missing. In 2010 he brought his background in teaching, business and finance together to be a leader in school district business operations. Andy currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer for the Upper Dublin School District and has spent 10 years in the field of school district business. As the CFO, Andy clearly understands that we are all here for one purpose, to provide a high quality education to all students of the Upper Dublin School District. He is excited about the opportunity to serve UDSD students as a member of the Upper Dublin Education Foundation.
